Airport is located 12km/20 minutes from the city center and you can easily take a taxi (c. 450 CZK/17 EUR) or the express bus number E76 (public transport. You can buy your ticket directly on a board for 35 CZK/1,2 EUR), which is directly located outside the entrance to the airport terminal.
There is no direct flight from Vienna to Brno because of too short distance.
